Question

An administrator connects the company’s QuickBooks. CorePossess already holds the app and the keys, so the administrator does not create a developer account.

Connect QuickBooks

  1. Press Connect QuickBooks. This screen opens Intuit.
  2. Sign in with the QuickBooks user that owns the company.
  3. Choose the sandbox company. Leave Tilford Accounting unselected for this test.
  4. Approve accounting access. You return here, and the company’s books are indexed.

Connect Google

  1. Press Connect Google. This screen opens Google.
  2. Sign in as guy.robert@tilford.com.
  3. Approve read access to Gmail and Drive. CorePossess cannot send mail or change files.
  4. You return here. Label names and top Drive folders are listed. Messages and files stay in Google until one label and one folder are chosen.
